Structural featuresWorking Principle
When the stopper (bump) of the moving machine presses onto the
plastic large wheel of the travel switch, the large wheel rotates
under pressure, driving the adjustable arm to rotate together with
the shaft, so that the arm pushes the bumper. When the bumper is
pressed to a certain position, the micro switch is pushed to act
quickly, thereby cutting off or changing the control circuit,
stopping the moving machine or changing the operating state. When
the stopper on the roller is removed, the reset spring resets the
arm and the large wheel, the micro switch also returns to the
initial state, and the circuit returns to a state that can be
triggered again.

This type of travel switch limiter is widely used in various
equipment and machinery that require position limitation and
protection of moving parts, such as machine tools, cranes,
automatic production lines, elevators, etc. In elevators, it can be
used to control the upper and lower limits of the car to prevent
the car from exceeding the normal operating range; in cranes, it
can limit the rising and falling heights of the hook, as well as
the operating positions of the trolley and the car to ensure the
safe operation of the crane.
