Polyurethane elevator buffer is a safety device used in elevator
system. It is mainly used to absorb and reduce the impact force
generated when the elevator suddenly stops or collides during
operation, so as to protect the safety of passengers and the
elevator itself.
The polyurethane elevator buffer is usually installed at the bottom
of the elevator shaft and consists of one or more buffers made of
polyurethane material. When the elevator stops suddenly or suffers
external impact during operation, the buffer will absorb and
disperse the impact force by compressing polyurethane material,
thus reducing the impact on the elevator and passengers.
Polyurethane material has the characteristics of high elasticity
and wear resistance, which can quickly restore to its original
state under the action of impact force and ensure the continuous
performance of buffer. At the same time, the polyurethane elevator
buffer also has a small size and weight, making its installation
and maintenance more convenient.
